The Scholarship Program for Venezuelan Migrant and Refugee Students includes undergraduate studies, diplomas, specializations and master’s degrees, from all areas of knowledge. Applicants for the scholarship must be of Venezuelan nationality and live in a country located in Latin America or in the United States.

The scholarship includes undergraduate studies, diplomas, specializations and master’s degrees, from all areas of knowledge. Applicants for the scholarship must be of Venezuelan nationality and live in a country located in Latin America or in the United States.
Applications must be submitted to becas@humanitarianactionorg.com with the following requirements:

- Proof of acceptance from an academic institution
- 2-page essay answering the following questions: Who are you? Why did you leave Venezuela? Why is this scholarship important to you? What are the personal or economic circumstances that lead you to apply for this scholarship? What contribution will you make to your host country? What contribution can you make to Venezuela while studying abroad?

- Two personal references
